Tianmen.com (full media reporter Fu Leilei and trainee reporter Xue Yiyao) On the morning of the 23rd, next to Qianyang Highway in Zhanggang Town, the large vegetable trading market under construction has completed site leveling and road construction is underway.
The vegetable trading market is located in the 2nd group of Yingang Village in the town, covering an area of 100 acres. It mainly builds vegetable trading sheds, product exhibition halls, e-commerce service centers, testing centers, and cold storage. After the market is completed, it will radiate the production and sales of over 100,000 acres of agricultural products in the Tianxi area, effectively driving the development of the regional vegetable industry.
According to reports, the vegetable trading market is mainly divided into online and offline parts, one is to develop offline vegetable wholesales based on cold chain logistics, and the other is to develop online vegetable sales based on e-commerce. At the beginning of construction, Chengang and Zhitu have already settled in two enterprises engaged in net vegetable processing, e-commerce and cold chain logistics.
It is reported that the Zhanggang Vegetable Market is part of the Zhanggang Selenium-rich Cauliflower Industrial Park construction project. The town formulated the Feasibility Study Report of Selenium-enriched Cauliflower Industrial Park Construction Project in Zhanggang Town, Tianmen City in 2016. It plans to use 5 to 10 years to rely on the vegetable market, the core area of cauliflower planting, and Binjiang Industrial Park. Efforts will be made to build a modern agricultural concentrated area centered on the selenium-enriched cauliflower industrial park in Zhanggang Town, to promote the industrial development of the Tianxi area.
