Third, the public selection process

(I) Registration and Qualification Examination

报名时间。 1. Registration time. From December 17, 2019 to December 23, 2019, go to the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission Organization Department to register on-site (City Discipline Inspection Commission Office Building Room 309).

(2) Organizing examinations

The full score is 100 points, and the interview score is counted into the total score with a weight of 50%. Time and place will be announced separately.

(3) Organization of inspections

After the interview, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Committee determined the shortlisted candidates according to the 2: 1 ratio of the number of inspectors to the number of candidates, and the disciplinary review posts were 1.5: The ratio of 1 determines the shortlisted candidates. The Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has set up an inspection team to conduct a comprehensive inspection on the moral, competence, diligence, performance, and integrity of the inspected subjects, as well as their political and professional qualities, and their suitability for selected positions, highlight political standards, and understand their political ideas and morals Quality, ability, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline. Job vacancies due to unsuccessful inspections or candidates giving up inspection qualifications shall be filled in accordance with the overall test scores from high to low.

(4) Publicity and employment

According to the inspection situation, after submitting for approval in accordance with the relevant procedures, the public to be selected for publicity will be publicized, and the publicity period will be 5 working days. The expiry of the public notice period will be transferred to the probation period for those who have no problems or reflect problems that do not affect the employment.

(V) Trial and appointment

The public selection and implementation of personnel will be conducted on a probationary period, with a probationary period of 3 months. During the probation period, the selected personnel's salary relationship and treatment in the original work unit will remain unchanged. After the probation period expires, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision shall conduct an assessment of the selected personnel. If the assessment is qualified, it shall be reported to the competent civil servant department for approval, and formal transfer and appointment procedures shall be completed. When applying for appointments, you can refer to their original positions (ranks) and determine the positions (ranks) by referring to personnel with the same qualifications of this agency.

After entering the inspection and before being transferred, no promotion to the rank is allowed.

Selective Discipline

(1) The selection and adjustment adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality, openness and competition.
