At 1 am that night, during the routine inspection of law enforcement officers, four tricycles were found in the Duobao section of the Hanjiang River. They were initially determined to be illegal fishing vehicles, so they stayed in control and returned to fishing at 4 am. Five people, including Huan Huan, were arrested on the spot, and 2 vessels and 8 fishing nets were seized at the scene, with more than 30 kilograms of catch. After interrogation at the scene, five people confessed to the facts of illegal fishing.
